Why we use it
Only to quote for and carry out your order, to communicate with you about it, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only those needed to complete your order: notaries public, the High Court Registry, China-Appointed Attesting Officers and China Legal Services (H.K.) Ltd, consulates, translators and couriers.
How long we keep it
Copies of documents are deleted within 6 months of completing your order unless the law requires longer. Accounting records are kept for 7 years.
